I found the staff friendly and willing to accommodate us always. the rooms were very clean, which i really appreciated. the children's facilities provided excellent entertainment. There was a good variety.
I found that the room was old and dated. It was also too small for four people. the hot tap sounded like an aeroplane taking off. there was no hot water in the shower, and the showerhead would not stay at head height.

The staff consistently were great. They ensured every guest felt welcomed and supported. their attentiveness created a positive atmosphere. prompt responses and friendly interactions became the norm throughout the stay.

cocoa offers delicious food and excellent service, i would definitely recommend it. the buffet presented a large selection of well-prepared and presented dishes. the variety of sushi was surprisingly good!!!
